Shipping responsibility

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and duty for the purchase of products directly. We are glad to ship with a customer account or prepay and bill on request. Velvet shall bear no financial burden on behalf of carriers. We recommend insurance to cover the replacement cost for any order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any item.
